Research Areas
AI and Organizational Behavior – We investigate how the integration of AI in organizational settings reshapes employees’ perceptions of their roles, contributions, and value at work. In particular, our research examines how AI influences whether individuals are perceived and treated as valued human contributors or as instrumental objects, and how these perceptions shape behavior, social interaction, and organizational practices in AI-enabled workplaces.
Negotiation and Conflict Management – We explore how leaders’ and team members’ perceptions of process conflict within teams affect team performance and leadership effectiveness. We also examine how online and offline negotiation and decision-making processes—including the use of emerging technologies such as AI—shape negotiation outcomes, particularly in international and cross-cultural contexts.
Creativity and Innovation - We investigate the facilitators and inhibitors of creative thinking in organizational settings, striving to uncover the conditions that foster the generation of novel and useful ideas in the workplace.
Ethical Decision Making - Unethical behavior involves actions that violate moral principles, while ethical behavior encompasses actions that benefit others or society. We explore the mechanisms underlying these behaviors, such as gratitude, and draw implications for specific areas, including negotiator ethicality and ethical leadership.
Cyberpsychology and Environmental Psychology - We examine the latest trends in organizational behavior and have expanded our scope to interdisciplinary research. We investigate cyberpsychology in the metaverse and explore environmental psychology, focusing on how workspace influences affective, cognitive, and mental health.
